- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Planning Commission minutes from February 7, 2024. 3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings, until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting. After that time only in person comments will be taken.** a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Conditional Use Permit C-23-16 for a 5 story hotel, 3 story office building and parking structure located 1294 E. Hospitality Way. Applicant: WH Investments, LLC b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Conditional Use Permit C-24-02 for the relocation of the Sienna Hills Sign, located approximately at 600 East Merit Way & Bluff View Way Applicant: Impact Signs and Robert Wheeler 5. ZONE CHANGE **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings, until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting. After that time only in person comments will be taken.** a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change request Z-23-13 from R-1-12 to PUD-R, located at approximately Highland Parkway and Vineyard Road. Applicant: Atlas Engineering b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council Zone Change request Z-23-17 for an amendment to the Long Valley PCD. Applicant: DR Horton 6.
