- IVINS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA December 13, 2022 435-628-0606 Mayor Chris Hart Planning Commission Members Dave Robinson Doug Clifford Bob Morris Pam Gardiol Derek Larsen City Manager/Attorney: Dale Coulam The Ivins City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 North Main Street, Ivins, Utah, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. *NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person and electronically. You may watch the live audio and video feed by going to www.ivins.com under 'Upcoming Events'. When the meeting is live, it will reflect 'In Progress' - click on the 'In Progress' link to watch the meeting live. The Commissioners may attend via telephone conference if they are unable to attend in person. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Flag Salute C. Invocation D. Disclosures 2) REPORTS, PRESENTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS- A. Concept Plan Report for Horsehead Subdivision, located at approximately 130 South 800 West. Kayenta Development, Inc-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. 3) PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS-None 4) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss additional regulations for Short-Term Rentals in the overlay district, as well as the Resort Commercial Zone. B. Discuss revisions to 'Goals' section of 2022 Moderate Income Housing Plan to cure deficiencies identified by the State of Utah. C. Discuss and consider approval of the Ivins City Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for November 29, 2022. 5) REPORTS A. Planning Commission B. Chairman C. Building and Zoning Administrator, Mike Haycock D. City Manager/Attorney Dale Coulam E.
