- Monroe Trails Committee Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 9:00 am NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 9:00 a.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson 2. Roll Call 3. Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held November 1, 2023 4. Business a. Elect Committee Chairperson b. Introduce Committee members c. Consider Committee members assignments 1. Two year/four year member terms 2. Roles and responsibilities 3. Proposal of fifth committee member d. Consider Monroe Trails Committee by-laws e. Open Public Meeting Training- City Recorder Allison Leavitt 5. Other Business a. Discuss on-site meeting with NICA representative b. Discuss grant workshop c. Discuss 2024 timeline and goals 1. Timeline for grant applications and NEPA study 2. Items to complete 6. ADJOURNMENT Posted this 4th day of December 2023.
