Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that on June 03, 2025 DAX MORGAN filed with the registrar of this court an application for informal appointment of DAX MORGAN as personal representative of the decedent, to act without bond. A copy of the application is on file with the clerk of the court and may be reviewed upon request. After the elapse of ten days from the date of this notice, if the application is found to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Uniform Probate Code, it will be granted. Failure to object to the application will not affect the right of an interested person to petition the court to set aside the informal probate or appointment. Reviewed by the registrar for approval on June 14, 2025.
