Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Swearing in of new planning commission member Michael Maughan Approval of Minutes for May 1, 2025 Attachments: May 1st Draft Public Forum BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a proposed new home Site Plan for Joseph Barlow located at approximately 1467 North Hillside Drive in the Hillside Estates Subdivision Plat A Lot 8 Parcel #40.411.0008 Attachments: Barlow Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a Water Service Request for Jake Thompson located at approximately 2145 N York Lane in the York Farm Estates Subdivision Lot 12 Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an Accessory Building for Kristen and Blake Wright located at 1757 N Main Street in the Valley View Point Subdivision Plat A Lot 5 Parcel #54.216.0005 Attachments: Wright Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for Miles Davis located at approximately 312 W 400 S in the Idlewild Farms Subdivision Plat A Lot 3 Parcel #42.111.0003 Attachments: Miles Davis Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an accessory building located at 614 E 600 N in the Genola Farms Subdivision Plat B Lot 13 Parcel #40.589.0013 Attachments: Maughan Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a proposed amendment to the subdivision ordinance removal of DRC, culdesac frontage, soils report and compaction for all new roads Attachments: Subdivision Ordinance Amendment - Norm Beagley suggested edits Discussion and possible action on a proposed amendment to the Building Permit Ordinance Soils Report, Manual J, ResCheck, Electronic Plans, Accessory Building engineering, gas schedmatics Discussion and possible action on a proposed amendment to the R-1 Zoning Amendment building in the public utility easement Attachments: Proposed R-1 Amendment Commission Comments Motion to adjourn The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
