Approved Minutes of the Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on Tuesday March 25, 2025, 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, Winchester Hills, Utah I. Call to Order A. Invocation - Ferris Emery B. Pledge of Allegiance - Kathy Farnsworth C. Attendance - Ferris Emery, Rich Kelly, and Kathy Farnsworth excused Cheryl Christensen, Cheif Christensen and Don Ruesch II. Public comments No Public in attendance III. Reports A. Fire Cheif's report - No report Cheif absent B. Approve January 2025 minutes - Rich made a motion to approve the January 2025 minutes, Kathy 2nd that motion, approved unanimously with board members present. IV. Approval of Financial Reports A. Rich, financial reports - Kathy made a motion to approve the January and February financial reports, Ferris 2nd that motion approved unanimously with board members present. B. Bills - Tatum, Life insurance, credit card reciepts, 3 months electric bills, 2 months gas bills. Rich made a motion to approve the bills, Ferris 2nd that motion approved unanimously with board members present. C. Deposits - Impact fees, January 2025 taxes, will have $200.00 depsoit from state, and $500.00 taxes deposit this coming week VI. Business - A. Go over curtis quotes - Cheif not attendance B. Discussing elections - All board not in attendance will discuss next meeting C. Daryl Fisk credit card came, buying turn outs, helmets and boots Rich made a motion to adjourn, Kathy 2nd that motion approved unanimously with board members present. Next scheduled meeting May 15, 2025 at 7:00 pm
