AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its May 20, 2025, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-12: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025 BY INCREASING THE ANTICIPATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR A GROSS INCREASE OF $118,395,800 AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 4th day of June 2025.
