THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed items: Lumina; 8399 South Dunlop Drive; Rezone 2.70 acres from R-1-8C (Single-family residential, 8,000 square foot minimum lots) Zone to R-1-8C(IDO-1) (Infill Development Overlay) Zone; Garbett Homes/Damian Mora (applicant) Text Amendment - Massage Therapy; Amend the West Jordan City Code Title 13 removing 'Massage Therapy' as a permitted or conditional use from Sections 13-5C-4 Planned Community zone; 13-5E-4 C-G, C-M, SC-1, and SC-2 zones; 13-5F-2 M-P, M-1, M-2 zones and 13-5I-4 CC zone; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The proceedings may be viewed in the following ways: - During the meeting, access to view the live stream is available at https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. - Zoom Webinar - log in information at https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. - Attend in person in the West Jordan City Hall Council Chambers, 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, Utah You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have with the above-mentioned projects. If you want to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes or as directed by the Chair. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the Planning Commission. Items not heard will be scheduled on the next agenda. If you have any questions concerning this notice, please contact the West Jordan City Planning and Zoning office at (801) 569-5060. Copies of the agenda packet for this meeting will be available for viewing on the West Jordan website https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. approximately 5 days prior to the meeting.
