NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a proposed Land Use Text Amendment to change Single Family Residential Accessory Structure Height standards.
BACKGROUND
DATE/TIME AND PLACE The purpose of the proposed amendment is to allow for the option to build a single-family residential accessory structure two-stories in height.
The Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this item on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The public hearing will start at approximately 6:30 PM in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
LAND USE AUTHORITY The Planning Commission would make a recommendation to City Council, the Land Use Authority
