INVITATION TO BID The Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with an approximate mileage of 59,900. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranties. Bids must be delivered to and received by the SERDA Fiscal Office located at 252 South Fairgrounds Road, Price, Utah 84501, on or before Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. No late bids, faxed, emailed or telephone bids will be accepted. All bids must be submitted in writing and signed by the bidder confirming the desired purchase price. Bids will be opened on Friday, June 6, 2025 after 11:00 am and the highest bidder will be selected to purchase one the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Payment will be expected within seven (7) calendar days from the date of award. THE STARTING BID FOR THIS VEHICLE IS $6,039.00 USD. The vehicles can be inspected with coordination with Kim Wells, SERDA Fiscal Director (435-613-0030), at the SERDA Offices up until bids are due.
