NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on the following items proposed amendments to South Ogden Code (SOC) 10-14-8, including nets as a fence. The public hearing to consider the proposed amendments will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment. Written comments may be submitted before the meeting by either delivering them in person to the office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden UT 84403, or emailing them to lkapetanov@southogdencity.gov. Emailed comments will only be accepted until 5 pm, Thursday, June 12, 2025. The public hearings will also be streamed live at and www.facebook.com/southogdencity. Comments for the public hearings can be submitted through the comment features on the different platforms at the appropriate time during the meeting.
