AVWSID is inviting contractors to submit statements of qualifications for the construction of the 1500 South building addition. The purpose of this RFSQ is to determine the qualifications of each interested contractor that will provide construction services prior to the bidding of the Building Addition which includes the following: The on-site relocation of the existing truck wash building onto a new concrete foundation (30'x60' PEMB) Expansion of the existing shop/offices on the east side of the site (7,808 SF) Remodel the offices and bathrooms on the east side of the existing building (720 SF) Parking/site development around the addition (50,795 SF) Preproposal Conference: June 12 at 10:00 AM at 1753 East 1500 South Naples, UT 84078 Deadline for Questions: June 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM Qualifications Due Date: June 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM Project information and Q&A will be handled through U3P portal: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/188867
