- LEGAL NOTICE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, not before 5:30 p.m. to allow public comment on the proposed trade of real property owned by the City of Logan located at approximately 250 South 100 West in Logan, Utah, consisting of approximately .35 acres, Parcel ID#02-048-0014, in exchange for real property owned by Old Mann Holdings, LLC located at approximately 1250 North 200 East in Logan, Utah consisting of approximately .23 acres of Parcel ID# 05-140-0007, said property needed for the City's realignment of the intersection at 1250 North 200 East.
