NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Consider a proposed Code Amendment to Chapter 17.92, Water Efficient Landscape and Conservation Standards, specifically Section 17.92.010, Applicability. This amendment would allow a development applicant to comply with the Washington County Water Conservancy District's Ultra Water Efficient Landscape Standards, which are more restrictive than the City's landscape and irrigation standards, and upon proof of compliance from the Water Conservancy District being provided to the City by the applicant, said compliance will be accepted in lieu of compliance with the City's own landscape and irrigation standards. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
