Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Administrative actions - a. Anne Valae to request a conditional use permit for a short-term rental at 407 E 950 North. A C-1 use in an R1-10 zone, #13 of 38. 3. Discussion Items - a. Discuss the pros and cons of having rolled curb vs. traditional high back curb throughout town. b. Discuss the concept of adding a development overlay zone aimed at addressing missing middle housing in conjunction with the SITLA property on the southeast portion of town. 4. Minutes Approval i. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted May 7, 2025. 5. Other Business 6. Adjournment.
