Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Sean Wilkinson D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- YCC Update on Domestic Violence Services. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Fremont High School to hire Fremont High School National Honor Society to man the Dino Encounters exhibit during the 2025 Weber County Fair. 6. Request for approval of amendment #10 on the contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah - Administrative Office of the Courts for the Weber County Sheriff's Office to provide security and bailiff services at the Ogden Second District Courthouse and the Second District Juvenile Courthouse. 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Wasatch Pony Club to hold the Golden Spike Horse Trials at the Golden Spike Event Center. 8. Request to sell surplus property adjacent to Parcel Number 19-064-0014 to Chromalox, Inc. 9. Request for approval of the first amendment to the Weber Center parking lot agreement between Weber County and Ogden City. 10. Request for approval of a first amendment to the Weber Center Parking Lot Agreement By and Between Weber County and Ogden City. H. Action- 1. Request for approval to ratify the 2025 Tax Sale Results. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and First Responders First for professional services to be provided by First Responders First to staff & MDT members of the CJC. Public hearing for an ordinance and development agreement to rezone 40 acres from A-1 to R1-15. The proposal is located at approximately 4083 West 1400 South. The project is called the Brook View Development. Presenter: Felix Lleverino 3. Public hearing and possible action on an application to amend the development greement for the previously approved Cobabe Ranch development, located at approximately 2720 North 5100 East. The amendments are intended to help clarify the roles and responsibilities of both the developer and the governing body. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 4. Public hearing and possible action on an application to amend the development agreement for the previously approved Eagle Crest development, located at approximately 4601 East Fairways Drive. The amendments are intended to help clarify the roles and responsibilities of both the developer and the governing body. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 5. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearings and reconvene public meeting. 6.
