- INVITATION TO BID Engineering Services - Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plan Update Enoch City is inviting qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for professional services to update the City's Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP). Accessing the RFP: The full Request for Proposals (RFP) is available online at www.enochcityut.gov/iffp. Please note: Access to the RFP is password-protected. To obtain the password, contact: Rob Dotson, Enoch City Manager Email: manager@enochcityut.gov Phone: 435-586-1119 Proposal Deadline: All proposals must be received by 3:00 PM on Monday, June 30, 2025. Submission requirements and evaluation criteria are outlined in detail on pages 2 and 3 of the RFP. Enoch City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal.
