- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a work meeting on the 3rd day of June 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 4:00 pm. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Discussion on the tentative budget for 2025-2026. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing svasquez@helpercity.gov. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 30th day of May 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
