WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, June 12, 2025, the West Point City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3200 W 300 N, West Point City, UT, beginning at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be for a proposed rezone regarding property located at approximately 3900 W 300 N. The request made is to change the zoning on 13.14 acres of land from R-2 (Residential/maximum of 2.7 units per acre) to R-4 (Medium Density residential/maximum of 6 units per acre). The concept plan shows 37 single family lots at approximately 3.6 units per acre. The applicant is also proposing a development agreement that includes a variation from the code to reduce the minimum density from 3.7 to 3.6 units per acre.
