Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sevier County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider enacting an Ordinance Imposing a Transient Room Tax not to exceed 4.5% on Short-term Rentals of Accommodations and Services as Authorized by Utah Code 59-12-301. The public hearing will be held at 1:45 p.m. on June 23, 2025, at the Sevier County Administration Building located at 250 North Main Street, Richfield, Utah, in the Commission Chambers. A copy of the ordinance can be found at the Sevier County Clerk's Office at 250 North Main Street during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Sevier County will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing County programs. Please contact the Sevier County Clerks Office at 435-893-0401 in advance if you have special needs.
