Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Council Stakeholders Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, beginning at approximately 4:00 P.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: Cottonwood Heights City Hall located at 2900 Hollow Mill Dr., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121.
Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025; beginning at 4:00 P.M. The agenda for that meeting of the Stakeholders Council is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.
Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussion and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments.
4:00 P.M. Opening
1. Chair John Knoblock will open the public meeting as Chair of the Stakeholders Council of the Central Wasatch Commission.
2. Chair Knoblock will call for a motion to approve the minutes from the April 16, 2025 Stakeholders Council meeting.
4:00 P.M. Stakeholders Council Business
1. (Action) The Council will consider a draft letter regarding the proposed parking expansion at Solitude Resort and vote on whether to deliver the recommendation to the Board.
2. The Council will elect a Chair and Co-Chair.
3. Incoming members of the Stakeholders Council will introduce themselves.
4:25 P.M. Recommitment to the Mountain Accord
1. Members of the Stakeholders Council will discuss and re-commit to the goals of the Mountain Accord.
4:55 P.M. CWNCRA Q&A
1. Members will discuss engage in a Q&A about the Central Wasatch National Conservation and Recreation Area Act (CWNCRA).
5:25 P.M. Achievements and Goals Discussion
1. Members will discuss the past achievements and future goals of the Stakeholders Council.

6:00 P.M. Closing
1. Chair Knoblock will call for a motion to adjourn the Stakeholders Council meeting.
