Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on June 10, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. - To consider a Development Agreement for Summa Terra regarding a project located at 3423 & 3443 West 5200 South, to decrease the amount of 'Commercial Space' required within the Urban Corridor zone. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
