NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from A-20 (Agriculture, 20 acre minimum lot size) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 17.93 acres. The property is generally located on the north-west corner of 2450 South and 3000 East. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc. and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project is to be known as District at Old Farm Rezone.
