NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from A-20 (Agriculture, 20 acre minimum lot size) to R-1-10 (Residential Single Family, 10,000 ft² minimum lot size) on approximately 70 acres. The property is generally located between the east side of 3000 East, south of 2000 East, and north of 2540 South. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc. and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project is to be known as Old Farm R-1-10 Rezone.
