DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draper.ut.us May 29, 2025 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE SUNCREST CONCRETE BARRIER PROJECT The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove Guardrail and replace with concrete barrier, including end treatments at the south end of Suncrest Drive as show in the project plans and specifications. The Public Notice is available at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, and by calling Eric Lundell at 801-576-6365, or in person at 1020 E Pioneer Rd Draper, Utah 84020. Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire on or before Friday, May 30th, 2025 at 5:00 PM. 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00 PM on Monday, June 23rd, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary Bid result will be located within the Q and A section of the said project. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through UP3 before 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
