Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday June 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendment to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.05 - Supplementary Regulations for Small Wireless Facility Design; and update to the Standard Technical Specifications & Drawings Manual. The amendment would differentiate mono-pole towers and freestanding structures from small wireless facility poles. It would also clarify that applications for small wireless facility permits will be processed under Title 8 of the City Code. The Engineering Standard Technical Specifications & Drawings Manual will be updated to include detailed specifications and drawings for small wireless facilities. City-Initiated. 2. Amendment to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.09 - Off-Street Parking. The amendment would establish a parking standard for outdoor seating areas at restaurants and other businesses. The required parking for outdoor seating will be calculated at the same ratio as the primary use associated with the seating area. City-Initiated. 3. Alpine School District High School 722 - General Plan Land Use Map Amendment and Rezone. A proposed amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map to change the designation from Planned Community and Low Density Residential to Institutional/Civic. The proposal also includes a rezone from Planned Community and Agriculture to Institutional/Civic, along with an accompanying Concept Plan. The project is located approximately at the northwest corner of Ensign Drive and Mountain View Corridor. Applicant: Scott Johnson.
