Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-05 R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, regarding the allocation of certain Arts RAP Tax Funds B. Discuss and consider approval of art for wrapping five additional utility boxes along the Arts Corridor C. Continued discussion regarding the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny a Zoning Text Amendment to the Table of Uses allowing moving trucks and trailer rentals, located at approximately 47 East 800 South. Benjamin Gottfredson-Owner/Applicant D. Continued discussion regarding updating the Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Sewer E. Discussion regarding the Talk About on June 18th regarding Truth in Taxation F. Discuss and consider residency requirement for City Manager 6) CONSENT AGENDA A.
