NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given the Paragonah Town Board will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, UT. The public will have the opportunity to comment on the following: 1) Paragonah Town Water Project Environmental Report and Finding of No Significant Impact; 2) the proposed budget for the 2026 fiscal year; and 3) Proposed adjustments to the 2025 fiscal year budget. The Environmental Report and the Finding of No Significant Impact are available at the Division of Drinking Water Office, Utah State Department of Environmental Quality, 195 North 1950 West, P.O. Box 144830, Salt Lake City, UT 84114-4830, Phone: 801-536-4200 or 801-536-0048. A copy of the tentative budget for 2026 Fiscal Year and Proposed Amendments to the 2025 Fiscal Year budget are available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Hall, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to participate. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk, (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
