8. Public Hearing: Cemetery Ordinance update, LCC 8.32; Ordinance #2025-6-O. The City Council will review and consider changes to the cemetery ordinance to allow urns to be buried
overtop of caskets on the same plot.
9. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property and pending or possible litigation per Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(e) & 52-4-205(1)(c). This session is closed
to the general public.
