Description/Agenda: NOTICE 10-9A-203. NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT. NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 10-9a-203, Notice of Intent to Prepare a Comprehensive General Plan Amendment, that the intent of Morgan City is to prepare and amend certain parts of the General Plan including but not limited to the Downtown, Land Use, Transportation, Parks and Trails Plan. The geographic area where the proposed General Plan amendment will be located is within the municipal boundaries and annexation areas of Morgan City. Morgan City Office is located at 90 West Young Street. The General Plan draft will be available on the City's website at www.morganutah.gov in the future months.
