PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Blanding City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Blanding City Council Chambers, 50 West 100 South, Blanding, Utah, to receive public comment on the following matters:
Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget - The City Council will consider proposed amendments to the current FY25 budget to reflect updated revenues, expenditures, and project allocations.
Adoption of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2026 Budget - The City Council will review and consider the full proposed budget for FY26, which outlines the City's financial plan for the upcoming fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
Proposed Compensation Increases for City Officers - In accordance with Utah Code §10-3-818, the City Council will receive public input regarding proposed compensation adjustments for elected and appointed City Officers for Fiscal Year 2026.
Updates to the Blanding City Fee Schedule - The City Council will consider proposed changes to the fee schedule for municipal services for the upcoming fiscal year.
The public is encouraged to attend and provide input. Written comments may also be submitted in advance to the City Manager at therring@blanding.city or delivered to Blanding City Offices during regular business hours.

In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting may call the City Offices at (435) 678-2791 at least twenty-four hours in advance. Every effort will be made to provide the appropriate services.
