WELLINGTON CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice of Intent to Apply for CIB Grant for Wellington City Public and Emergency Services Building Wellington City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss the City's intent to apply for funding through the Utah Community Impact Board (CIB). The purpose of the application is to request financial assistance in the form of a grant and/or loan for the construction of a new Wellington City Hall Public and Emergency Services building. The public hearing will be held as follows: Date: June 11, 2025 Time: 6:00 PM Location: Wellington City Hall - 150 West Main Street, Wellington, UT 84542 Notice is hereby given that the town of Wellington City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on JUNE 11, 2025 at 150 W MAIN STREET, which will begin at 6:00 PM. The purpose is to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to BUILD A NEW BUILDING FOR PUBLIC AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. While the city may specify its need for funding in the CIB application, the Impact Fund Board funding may come in the form of a grant, a grant/loan combination, or all loan. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application. The public is invited to attend and provide input on the proposed project and funding application. Written comments will also be accepted prior to the hearing and may be submitted to: revans@wellingtonutah.gov or Wellington City Recorder, P.O. Box 559, Wellington, UT 84542 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at (435) 637-5213 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
