- The River Heights City Appeal Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm to entertain a request from Kade Erickson of 934 Stewart Hill Dr, River Heights, to extend a non-conforming existing shed on his property line, which doesn't meet current code setbacks. The hearing will be held in the City Office Building at 520 South 500 East. Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the hearing at the same address.
