Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) consideration of CU-25-002/SD-25-006, request for a conditional use permit and a major subdivision to accommodate a 14-unit owner occupied residential development at approximately 4317 S 700 E by applicant Brandon Fry; and 2) consideration of CU-25-003, request for a conditional use permit to operate a personal services business in the R-M Zone at approximately 2059 E 3900 S by applicant Mark Sudbury. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/AgendaCenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be livestreamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61.
