Notice of Public Hearing
The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the OST-20 (Open Space Transition 20 acre minimum lot size) zone, for parcels 3169-D-HV and 3169-B-1-HV to the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1 acre minimum lot size) zone. Additionally, the applicant is further proposing a zone change for parcel 3182-A-1-F-HV from the RE-40 (Residential Estate 40000 sq ft minimum lot size) zone, to the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1 acre minimum lot size) zone. To support the zone change, the applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment to reconfigure the three parcels to be zoning compliant with the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1 acre minimum lot size) zone. The approximate location of the properties under review is 1380 N Main Street, Leeds UT 84746. The applicant is Jason Holm.
