- BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held on June 5, 2025 on the following proposed enterprise fund transfers. These transfers include 12% of utility fee revenue plus amounts charged for City utility usage, or $4,330,114 from the Utility Fund to the General Fund, and $34,708 from the Storm Drain Fund to the General Fund. All interested parties are invited to attend. The public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City Council Chambers at 20 North Main. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above public notice was provided to the Box Elder News Journal and posted on the City website and the State Public Meeting Notice website on May 28, 2025.
