- PUBLIC NOTICE ENTERPRISE FUND HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold an Enterprise Fund Hearing on June 10, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m., pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 10-6-135.5(4)(b). This Enterprise Fund Hearing will be held separate from the Budget Hearing to be held on the same day at 6:30 p.m. Transfer Utility Fund Monies to General Fund pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 10.6.135.5(4)(b) in the amount of: $54,100.00. State law requires that the City provide an annual disclosure on amounts transferred from Utility Fund to the General Fund. The transfer of these fund will be used to balance deficits from unforeseen expenditures. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Orangeville City Recorder at (435) 748-2651 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
