Board of Trustees, Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT (THE 'DISTRICT') WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 29, 2025, AT 9:00 A.M. AT THE OFFICE OF GILMORE & BELL P.C., 15 WEST SOUTH TEMPLE STREET, SUITE 1400 (14TH FLOOR), SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84101.
A. Call to Order
B. Action Items
1. Approve minutes from May 8, 2025, Board of Trustees Meeting.
2. Discuss and consider approval of the engagement of an Accountant for the District, and authorize the District Chair or Vice Chair to sign.
3. Consider accepting the 2025 Tentative Budget and discuss adoption of a final budget.
4. Discuss and consider approval of the engagement of an Engineer for the District, and authorize the District Chair or Vice Chair to sign.
5. Discuss and consider approval of the engagement of a Dissemination Agent for the District, and authorize the District Chair or Vice Chair to sign.
C. Reports
1. Report on the engagement letter with Zions Public Finance, Inc. to deliver a certificate of municipal advisor in connection with the District's Bonds.
2. Report on insurance policy obtained from Utah Local Government Trust.
D. Adjourn
If needed, the Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided.
Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
