- Public Notice May 27, 2025 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING Public hearings of the Vernal City Planning Commission have been scheduled for June 10, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider approval of: - Preliminary Plat for property located at 84 South 100 West (parcel # 05:026:0031), Vernal, UT - Preliminary Plat for property located at 109 South Vernal Avenue (parcel # 05:031:0112), Vernal, UT Property owners and other interested persons are urged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Braeden Christofferson, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; Posted on the Vernal City Website; Posted in conspicuous places within Vernal City; and Mailed to property owners of the area proposed for amendment Posting date: May 27, 2025 Notice must remain in place through June 10, 2025
