NOTICE OF HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday June 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
- Recommendation for changes to multiple sections of Title 11, Planning and Zoning, to clarify that preservation of an historic resource may be used as an incentive for alternate lot standards and to bring the city's ordinances into compliance with State law which requires moderate income housing to be incentivized and voluntary.
