ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, May 27, 2025 6:30 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a special meeting on May 27, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 PM Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Special Meeting 3. Discuss the 2025-2026 Tentative Budget and accept public comment. 4. Close Public Hearing and move into the Special Meeting. SPECIAL MEETING 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Approve Proposed Resolution 2025-3 A Resolution Adopting the Orangeville City 2025-2026 Tentative Budget. 3. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
