RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Blaine Brady is requesting approval for modifications to existing non-conforming ('grandfathered') lots located at 11760 South 2260 West (3 lots with same address assigned by Salt Lake County), shown on the map below. The lots are existing lots that are below the minimum lot size for the zoning of the area, which requires a half-acre lot. The applicant is proposing adjusting lot lines between the lots to better accommodate building pads. Because the lots are considered legal non-conforming, special approved through the Board of Adjustment is required for any proposed alterations, including lot line adjustments between the lots. This meeting is open to the public. A written record of decision will be provided once prepared by the Board.
