- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN Pursuant to Utah Code §11-36a-501, notice is hereby given that Enoch City intends to amend its Wastewater and Water Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP). This amendment process is conducted in accordance with the Impact Fees Act, and will evaluate changes to public facilities required to support new development within the city. Geographic Area Affected The proposed amendment will affect the geographic area served by Enoch City's water and sewer systems. A map or detailed description of the specific area impacted will be made available upon request and posted with the associated documents on the Utah Public Notice Website.
