Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th, 2025. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel.

PUBLIC HEARING to hear comments regarding the proposed annexation of approximately 51.16 acres of real property into Parowan City's incorporated limits, referred to as the Prime West Development LLC Annexation. The 51.16 acres of real property is located immediately East of I-15 roughly between 200 N and 200 S, AND 1000 W and 1400 W. This property is intended to be zoned as R-2 and R-3.
