DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY
Salt Lake County Service Area #3, (the Service Area) will be holding an election on Tuesday November 4, 2025, two (2) trustee position is up for election.
To become a candidate for an elective position with the Service Area, the qualified persons must file a Declaration of Candidacy in person with the Service Area Clerk. This may be done at the Service Area office, located at 9567 East Alta By-Pass Road, Snowbird, Utah 84092. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.- Monday through Friday. Interested persons must file during business hours between June 2nd and end of business day June 9th, 2025.
Candidate qualifications at time of filing are:
Be a U.S. Citizen
Be a registered voter within the Service Area boundaries
Be a resident within the Service Area boundaries
This is an elected position and is a term of 4 years, beginning January 1, 2026. The election will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2025.
