- Document C-111 SYRACUSE CITY WEST DAVIS HIGHWAY AESTHETIC IMPROVMENTS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the West Davis Highway Aesthetic Improvements will be received by Syracuse City Administration at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse Utah, 84075, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on June 4, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time on that date at the address listed above. Electronic submission will not be accepted. The West Davis Highway Aesthetic Improvement project includes the Antelope Dr. location and consists of: Constructing monuments, installing boulders, decorative rock, steel edging, irrigation, meadow grass, corten steel bison, and native seed. A base bid with bid alternates depending on project budget. Substantial completion date is September 1, 2025. Turf grasses to be installed between September 15th and October 15th or until ground is frozen. An electronic set of Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents will be emailed to interested Contractors by contacting Stephen Marshall at 801-614-9621 for no charge. No paper copies will be available for purchase. Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to smarshall@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. Dated this 23rd day of May 2025
