Description/Agenda
Pursuant to Utah law, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will convene on May 27, 2025, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Wasatch Education Center Board Chambers, located at 101 E 200 N, Heber City, Utah. The Board will enter into an Executive Session at that time, as permitted under Section 52-4-5 of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; collective bargaining; and/or matters of litigation.
The Board will then hold its regularly scheduled Study Session at 5:00 p.m., followed by the regular Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m., at the same location.
In accordance with U.C.A. R277-407-6, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education invites public comment on the proposed 2025-26 school fee schedules affecting Wasatch County Schools. Public participation in the development of these schedules is encouraged, and opportunities for comment have been provided at two Board of Education meetings, April 29, 2025, and May 27, 2025, where the fee schedules will be recommended for approval. Information related to the proposed school fees is available on the District website at www.wasatch.edu. To provide feedback or ask questions, please email jessa.anderson@wasatch.edu.
This meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com. During the community comment section of the board meeting (comments and questions) will be accepted in-person, via email or online attendance via Zoom.

1. Public Comment - The 2025-2026 School Fees are being recommended for approval by the Wasatch County School District Board of Education at two board meetings-April 29, 2025, and May 27, 2025. Public comment will be welcomed at both meetings. Patrons are encouraged to review the proposed school fee information in advance at www.wasatch.edu.
2. General Public Comments will be accepted for approximately twenty (20) minutes. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of two (2) minutes.
