- Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Council will hold a public hearing for a request to vacate public utilities easements on Parcel 72-431 (Kanab Creek Ranchos, Unit 4); located in the approximate area 630 W Vance Dr. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
