PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items: 1. Consider a Development Agreement for a property located at 478 E 325 S to allow residential construction with a deviation from required public improvements. 2. Consider a partial Road Vacation at approx. 325 S 400 E. 3. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment for Section 26-I-4 (B)152 pertaining to the definition of a sight-obscuring fence. 4. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment for Section 26-IV-4 pertaining to fence materials, and requirements. 5. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment for Section 32-8(C)6 pertaining to exceptions to fencing requirements for Planned Unit Developments. 6. Consider a change to City Engineering Standard 4.6.1 pertaining to allowed fence types. 7. Consider a change to Engineering Standard Detail for Storm Drainage D6 (Detention Basin Details) pertaining to fencing around detention basins. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted May 23rd, 2025
