Description/Agenda: Please take notice that the Garfield County Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Transient Room Tax Rate Ordinance DATE: Monday, June 9, 2025 TIME: 10:45 AM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed ordinance will increase the County's Transient Room tax rate by .25% effective October 2025. The County's Total rate will be 4.5%. A public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled County Commission Meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 10:45 AM in the Commission Assembly Hall, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
